OPEN all year round, Newberry Beach Lodge B & B is a pebble’s throw from the Newberry and Combe Martin beaches and fronts directly onto the South West Coast Path. LOCATED OFF the main road, breathe in the fresh air and listen to the waves crashing onto the beach, at night enjoy the star-studied skies, with almost no light pollution.

Our home is understood to have been built in late 1800's. Both the king rooms have large bay windows offering fantastic views across the bay, allowing you to lay in bed, watch the waves, whilst enjoying your morning cup of tea. At low tide an amazing labyrinthine of rock pools, caves and even an old silver mine are ready to be explored. The bay is superb for kayaking, body boarding, fishing, and swimming. We have kayaks available for hire.

Our main room offers a bay window with sea views, a king size bed with full ensuite Private bathroom — roll top bath & walk in shower. Our Twin /super king offers a bay window overlooking the bay sea views, with a newly installed ensuite shower room. Our family SUITE offers countryside views and consists of, behind its own entrance door, two bedrooms - a king size and two singles and benefits from having its own private bathroom with a roll top bath. Our king deluxe room offers unrivalled views of the beaches. With its own private bathroom with roll top bath, this room is on our second floor. We are happy to alter the accommodation to accommodate large families, friends and small groups.

We operate a pre ordered breakfast, full English, vegan, vegetarian. All rooms have hospitality trays, tv, free wifi and hair dryers. We have a drying room and storage for important items.

Cars are parked at owner’s risk. We are a no smoking / no vaping B & B.
  • 30 seconds from the beach.
  • Only B & B fronting directly on the South WestCoast Path.
  • Amazing uninterrupted views over the bay.
